Do you have a showroom of finishes, selections, hardware, etc.?
At our Farmhouse Headquarters, we provide samples and selections for all finishes, including flooring, tiles, pulls, paint, backsplashes, and hardware. We can also accompany clients to suppliers for additional options.
Do I have to use your design services?
Our design services are part of working with Hazley Builders and include planning from our architect and design team. This encompasses sourcing, architectural plans, mood boards, and more.
How long does the average renovation take?
The timeline for a project’s design and construction can vary widely depending on the scope of renovation. Once we learn more about a project, we can provide a detailed timeline for both design and production.
What can I expect from your estimate?
Our Design Development Agreement is tailored to meet your project’s specific needs and proposes an investment amount based on the comprehensive scope of work.
Do you work with clients who have current architectural plans for their projects?
We would first need to review the plans and determine how to best support your project. However, it’s important to note that your project will incur design fees to review the project’s feasibility, sourcing of materials, and finalizing finishes, cabinetry, etc.
Do you do repair work?
Unfortunately, at this time, our bandwidth cannot support minor repair work.
