Hazley Builders is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Content Specialist to lead digital storytelling and grow our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond. This role creates photo, video, graphic, and written content showcasing our projects, team, and community while managing campaigns, engagement, and analytics. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of social media/content experience, strong storytelling skills, and proficiency in photography, videography, and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Hazley Builders is seeking a Project Development Manager (PDM) to drive sales growth and serve as the trusted first point of contact for prospective clients. This role manages the full sales cycle—from generating and qualifying leads to closing contracts—while collaborating with design and production teams to ensure seamless project handoffs. The PDM builds strong relationships with clients, realtors, and community partners, educates prospects on our design-build model, and delivers a high-touch client experience. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of residential construction or luxury design-build sales experience, proven success in meeting sales targets, strong emotional intelligence, and expertise with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
