In February 2022, Hazley Builders officially moved it's headquarters across town to a picturesque 10 acre property located on the Brandywine Creek in East Bradford Township, West Chester (PA). 

Historic Charm

The historic farmhouse, which dates back to 1792, featured beautiful bones but was in need of significant TLC and a re-imagined floorplan to convert the home from residential to practical office space while still maintaining a similar layout. After completely gutting the house, we sympathetically restored the home by revealing original finishes and reviving many timeless details to retain the home's original character.
