After surveying your space and taking detailed measurements, our Architect creates an “as-built” plan of your existing kitchen, which allows us to present multiple custom schematic designs for your review.
Once your perfect plan is selected, we figure out the most cost-effective and efficient way to build your dream kitchen as our Estimator begins to build the framework of your project. Along with our trusted vendors, we conduct multiple site evaluations to see which areas of your home will be affected by the selected design. This is known as collateral impact and is often overlooked by many builders and homeowners. This step is crucial for completing your kitchen renovation the right way. Skipping this step can have disastrous effects to your project and home in both the construction phase and long term if all considerations are not properly evaluated and addressed.
With the help of our kitchen renovations design team you will start making your primary selections – this is the fun stuff!
