Understanding the Process of Building Your Dream Home
Our unique design+build process allows us to create a highly detailed, custom design plan that incorporates everything you want in your custom-built dream home.
Our custom home builders and design team will meet with you to identify the goals for your family based on your unique issues, wants, and needs for your new home. After extensive interviews to understand your taste, style, and inspiration, our Architect and Designer will work within your budget and site plan to create and present custom schematic designs for your review.Once your perfect plan is selected, our custom home builders figure out the most cost-effective and efficient way to build your dream home as our Estimator begins to build the framework of your project.
With the help of our design team, we will present, and you will start making your primary selections – this is the fun stuff! This is where a house becomes your home, and you begin to put your own personal stamp on the design: exterior facades, flooring, lighting, tile, countertops, cabinets, paint colors, trim work, appliances, and special design features!
At the completion of the design phase, your custom home design package is fully loaded with the project scope, specifications, project timeline, and full selection package, in addition to a full set of architectural drawings. At this point, we have identified and addressed all major concerns and potential pitfalls for your project, which typically eliminates “surprises” and allows us to stay on-budget and on-time during construction.
