After a fire destroyed the original student housing apartment building, our client, West Chester Off Campus Housing, turned to us to rebuild on a tight deadline. Projects like this would typically take 12 to 24 months to finish, but the new building was completed and leased in just 8 months.
Catering primarily to West Chester University students, the new structure comprises 12 luxury units that are a step above what is offered in the affordable housing category.
Each unit has four bedrooms and two full baths, spread over three stories, the ideal living arrangements for university students sharing the space.
Located just two blocks from the campus on Franklin Street, the building features fire-resistant James Hardie siding in striking Countrylane Red, accented with Artic White vertical board and batten, ensuring both safety and aesthetic appeal.
