Hazley Commercial Construction led the franchise fit-out for Goodness Bowls in Paoli, PA, delivering a fully finished, brand-compliant restaurant space.
The scope covered every phase of the build: demolition and site prep, new interior framing, MEP coordination, and finish work throughout. Interior partitions were framed to support the layout, and mechanical systems were tied into the existing AHU with new ductwork and diffusers installed. Plumbing scope included new sanitary and domestic water lines, with fixtures and rough-ins coordinated directly around the owner’s kitchen equipment installation.
ADA-compliant restroom fixtures and accessories were included to meet code requirements, and our team managed sequencing across all trades to keep the project on schedule and within budget, all while meeting the franchise’s brand standards from day one.
