Hazley Commercial Construction led the ground-up construction of a two-story, 9,920-square-foot mixed-use development in Pottstown. The building combines first-floor commercial space for Angelo's Cleaners with four two-bedroom apartments above.
The commercial level includes warehouse space with garage access, offices, and two restrooms, while the second floor features four apartments with spacious floor plans and finished kitchens and bathrooms. The development brings two distinct uses together within a single building, each with its own functional requirements.
HCC oversaw construction and coordinated trades throughout the project, from site development and structural work through building systems and final finishes. Site improvements included parking lot construction, stormwater management, a retaining wall, and sanitary and water connections. The building scope encompassed concrete foundations, structural steel framing, James Hardie siding, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The result is a versatile mixed-use property that accommodates both commercial operations and residential living, delivered through coordinated construction management.
